Where is Hook & Pine based?
We’re proudly based in the Northwoods of Wisconsin—surrounded by lakes, pines, and the kind of trails that inspired our gear in the first place.
How does sizing run?
Most of our apparel runs true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a roomier outdoor fit. Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit.
How long will my order take to ship?
We are a small, two-person team (Colin and Sam) building this brand out of genuine passion while both still working full-time.
Processing can occasionally take a few extra days. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your order to ship. Any limited preorder items or specialty gear will have specific timelines listed on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding internationally soon. Sign up for our newsletter to get updates when international shipping becomes available.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer returns or exchanges only for damaged or missing items within 14 days of delivery. Since many of our items are made-to-order, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Reach out to us at support@hookandpine.com to start a return or exchange.
What’s the difference between the regular collection and Hook & Pine Performance?
Our regular collection is designed for everyday comfort with a nod to the outdoors. Hook & Pine Performance is our premium line: it features technical fabrics, weather-resistant finishes, and field-tested durability for serious adventure. Performance items are often limited-run and available for preorder only.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because most of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept order cancellations or changes once your order is placed. Please double-check your sizing, shipping address, and item details before checking out. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to support@hookandpine.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
How does your tree planting program work?
We plant one (1) tree for each qualifying order with a pre-tax subtotal of $50 or more. Tree planting is funded and fulfilled through our third-party partner, TheGoodAPI, and is processed automatically through Shopify.
The trees are planted in various locations on a rolling basis through TheGoodAPI's verified global reforestation area.
Current planting locations may vary. Current location of planted trees: Au Sable State Forest in Michigan.
