By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.1. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.2. Account Registration2.1 Account Creation. To access certain features—such as order history, saved addresses, or promotional emails—you may be asked to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering.2.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at info@hookandpine.com.3. Orders, Payment, and Pricing3.1 Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance; it simply confirms receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.3.2 Payment. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. If payment authorization fails, we may cancel your order.3.3 Pricing. Prices displayed on our website are in USD and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated and added at checkout. Hook and Pine Outfitters reserves the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.4. Production & Shipping4.1 Made on Demand. All products are made specifically for you once an order is placed. Production typically takes 5–7 business days.4.2 Shipping. After production, shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days within the U.S. and Canada. Orders to other regions may take longer; shipping times will be estimated at checkout when available. You will receive shipping and tracking information via email once your order has shipped.4.3 Shipping Delays. While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.5. All Sales Final5.1 No Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final. Hook and Pine Outfitters does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.5.2 Damaged or Defective Items. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@hookandpine.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.5.3 Order Cancellations/Modifications. You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, production begins and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.6. Intellectual Property6.1 Ownership. All content on hookandpine.com—text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, and software—is the property of Hook and Pine Outfitters or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.6.2 Limited License. You may view, download, and print pages from our site for your personal, noncommercial use only. Any other use—reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display—without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.7. User ConductBy using our Services, you agree not to:Use the site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property or the rights of others.Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.Engage in any automated data collection or scraping.Interfere with or disrupt the site’s servers, networks, or security measures.8.
