Is the shipping free?
Yes—shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply at checkout. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
When will I receive my item?
We are a small, two-person team (Colin and Sam) building this brand out of genuine passion while both still working full-time.
Processing can occasionally take a few extra days. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your order to ship. Any limited preorder items or specialty gear will have specific timelines listed on the product page.
Can I change or return my item?
We do not allow order changes or returns unless your item arrives damaged or missing. If your item is damaged or missing, email us at support@hookandpine.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right.
