Account and data

You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, posts, sightings and logbook.

Reporting a post or person

Use the Report option on any post, comment or profile. Our team reviews every report. For anything urgent, email us directly.

Location and privacy

Other members never see your exact location. Sightings you share are placed within about a kilometer, never at your precise spot. Read our full privacy policy.
